First method:

1. Begin by turning off the device using thePower button.
2. Then press and hold the Volume Down andPower button for a few seconds.
3. You may release held keys as soon as the exclamtion mark appears on the screen.
4. Press the following sequence of buttons:Volume Up - > Volume Down-> Power - >Volume Down.
5. Well done! You have just performed a hard reset operation.

Second method:

1. If your phone is switched off, press the Power Button to turn it back on.
2. In the next step go to the Main Menu, find and select Windows Phone Settings.
3. Then tap About.
